  • Using the methods of lectures, discussions, presentations etc. to create educational seminars to teach the elements of self defense creating a greater sense of awareness and confidence on personal safety.

  • Through Interactive exercises, questionaries, hypothetical scenarios, and hands on workshops to develop various levels of self defense skills in being able to use certain techniques to have a greater chance of survival.

  • These Seminars are designed to teach as team activity for businesses, and small or large independent groups.

Self Defense Combat & Martial arts Training

  • Offering 1 on 1 Training for individuals for both Traditional Martial Arts (Karate, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, Kobodu, etc.), Self Defense Combat Systems, and Fitness.

  • Small Group Training in the Traditional Martial Arts, Self Defense Combat Systems and Fitness.

  • Training Sessions will either be 30 minutes, 1 Hour, or 90 minutes. Training sessions will focus on the direct needs of the individual or group of students. These will be held as training “classes” or “sessions” without the set lessons of the Seminars and Workshops.

  • Beginner’s Overview of Self Defense will cover a little bit of everything. Most of the subjects in the following seminars and workshops will be touched on.

    Without providing an overwhelming amount of information and content this combination of Seminar and Workshop is best suited to give beginners an eye opening experience that could save their lives!

    Everything from basic self defense combat skills, behavioral changes, situational awareness and ideas to create better survivability in any scenario!

    This is prelude to Self Defense Series of training and information!

  • The first true installment of Self Defense Series of Seminars and Workshops expanding.

    Expanding on the fundamentals established in the beginner’s overview all about creating a proper mindset and behavioral changes to prepare someone for a real world altercations and scenarios.

  • The second Seminar and Workshop in the Self Defense Series.

    Focusing on more of the physical skills needed for someone to defend themselves. Going over basic techniques and skills that can be applied to everything!

    The next important step after someone creates the proper personal safety mindset.

  • After both developing a sound mindset and self defense tool set of combat skills, the next installment of the Self Defense Seminars and Workshops is “How to Create a Scene!”

    It is important in some scenarios of unwarranted altercations is get the bystanders attention to you and to what is going on!

    This could hopefully inadvertently stop the altercations from going any further!

  • Now that the basics have been covered from the first three installments, we will now look into very common scenarios and cover general principles and ideas that can apply to many more altercations!

  • Being able to defend yourself in the heat of the moment is of utmost importance but also being able to defend yourself in court afterwards is very important as well.

    In this Seminar and Workshop we will cover some of the overlooking laws that are important to self defense and keeping you safe!

  • These are the “final” seminars with more difficult and challenging ideas. Once everything else has been covered, the next step is taking the imitative to for self protection!

    For the dedicated students there are “continued personal safety education” which expands in greater detail of everything previously covered and filling any gaps that may have been missed!
